Founded in 1793, Hamilton College is a national leader in teaching students to write effectively, learn from each other and think for themselves.
Although it’s one of the most selective colleges in the United States, Hamilton remains a place of opportunity where deserving students, regardless of their financial background, can receive a rigorous liberal arts education.
Alumni generosity help to perpetuate this important value for the college. Since 2012, Innovative Resources Group has given the college strategic direction in the critical areas of annual giving, donor recognition, alumni engagement and affinity networks.
We have also provided interim leadership support for the Vice President of Communications as the college undergoes a search for an Executive Director of Development. In that role, Innovative Resources Group offered day-to-day leadership and management of four development teams: annual giving, major gifts, donor relations and information services.
It’s one example of the comprehensive support—and innovation—we can offer institutions as a result of our extensive experience in higher education.
“At Innovative Resources Group, we’re uniquely positioned to provide critical leadership in fundraising and in assessing opportunities to increase engagement with alumni,” says George Nehme, Senior Counsel. “We also help institutions develop systems that dramatically improve operational efficiency and effectiveness—it’s really important for any organization to have those processes in place.”
